Special NOTE:
Because the semester is fast coming to a close, and the busy holiday season is upon us, I will not be assigning an at-home construction project during the Egypt unit. Instead, I will assign a project in conjunction with the Greece/Rome unit when we get to that content. However, since some students were exceedingly eager to do a project on Egypt, they may ask special permission to do a project depicting the Egyptian culture in lieu of the Greece-Rome project. We are not able to find the time and space for the Egyptian Museum at this time, but you will be invited to see the Greece-Rome/Egypt projects when they are assigned in the spring.

Reminders:
Please purchase and bring in a spiral notebook to be used as a homework spiral in semester 2. Each page should be large enough so that we can paste or staple a full sheet of paper onto it. It should be thick enough to use for the entire semester--about 90 school days. If you can get it before the holiday break, that will allow us to start using it immediately when we return after Christmas. Thank you!
